Description: fprint does not ask for a fingerprint until
second time attempting to login (not a pam issue)
The permissions on /var/lib/fprint changed from 700 to 755 with the latest update. Running 'chmod 700 /var/lib/fprint' fixes the issue. |

Really? Because fprintd.service sets the mode to 0755 when
started.
Yes. The fix doesn’t persist between boots, but works when
switching to another tty. Either way the new version doesn’t work
on the first try, but rather the password prompt is shown. A
downgrade fixes the issue completely.
