Description:
Upgrade noto-fonts to 20201206-1 breaks rendering emoji in Konsole.

Additional info:
Downgrade to 20190926-4 fix the problem

This is upstream bug https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-80434, it has nothing to do with noto-fonts itself but rather with the total number of fonts installed on your system.

In the svn repo https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages/tree/packages/noto-fonts-emoji/trunk you have a fontconfig snippet that you can use to work around it.
