I've pushed byacc-20220128-1 to [community-staging] with the changes. Pending approval from @anthraxx, I'll push it live.

Shouldn't that be community-testing? Staging is for shlib rebuilds.

staging is for anything we want it to be. I didn't want to push to any users until anthraxx was okay with the changes :)

FWIW zmap (the only package that depends on byacc) still builds fine with the version in staging now.
