Description:
Attached diff switches the libuv package to use a PGP-signed git tag.

Additional info:
The signing key 0x7434390BDBE9B9C5 was expired until recently, but has been updated by the software author and re-submitted to the keyservers today. The current version was also re-tagged with it.
