ncpfs from community (sorry for posting here - no maintainer specified)
gets installed to /usr/usr.
in order to get the binaries working, you have to adjust your $PATH
and $LD_LIBRARY_PATH variables.

please change the install root so that everything gets installed to a
"proper" location
