Description:
The current PKGBUILD uses an old project homepage that now redirects to https://mkvtoolnix.download

This diff switches the URL and also adds a "validgpgpkeys" line to authenticate the source.

I did not bump pkgrel in this diff because the package is currently outdated.

If this diff is accepted before the package can be updated, pkgrel should be bumped.

Changes like this are usually done in svn only, with no pkgrel bump or rebuild.
