Description:

Recently installing Arch to a new machine the ISO booted automatically to EFI shell so I decided to reboot and see what it did. The default boot entry wasn't Arch.
This seems to be due to systemd v245 update having a change to systemd-boot changing the parsing of "default" option in loader.conf.

The fix is to simply add ".conf" to the end of default boot option in loader.conf.
