This patch replaces the "less" package with a more modern, hardened fork that follows much better programming practices. https://github.com/gdamore/less-fork The current less had its last release in 2012. The updated PKGBUILD is a little wonky. It works, compiles, and installs all the files properly, but feel free to rewrite it if needed. I tested the new less binary and man pages. If accepted, this also closes |

Huh? the last stable release was on 11th June, 2019. There have been multiple betas since then https://github.com/gwsw/less/releases
