I ran a "pacman -Syu" which installed, among other packages, kdelibs-3.5.6-5 and db-4.5.20-1. After restarting KDE, when I tried to open a web page in Konqueror, I got the following error:

konqueror: ERROR: : couldn't create slave : Unable to create io-slave:
klauncher said: Error loading 'kio_http'.

Downgrading to db-4.4.20-3 solves this (but there are quite some packages which depend on db>=4.5).
