Description:
Version 1.8.0-1 of python-google-api-python-client is broken due to an unmet dependency on google-api-core. This dependency looks to have been added in the following upstream commit: https://github.com/googleapis/google-api-python-client/commit/1cf3cbc99af6b281c13f671912fc71902ed486ac Steps to reproduce: $ python -c "from googleapiclient.discovery import build" Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", line 1, in <module> File "/usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/googleapiclient/discovery.py", line 49, in <module> import google.api_core.client_options ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'google.api_core' With package version 1.7.11-4 the above command correctly generates no output. |

Working on this, will deal with it soon. Moving packages from AUR
