Package "plantuml" doesn't work w/o "java-environment"

* package version 1.2019.13-1

Steps to reproduce:
$ plantuml --help
/usr/bin/plantuml: line 2: /usr/bin/java: No such file or directory

Possible solution
depends=("graphviz") -> depends=("graphviz" "java-environment")
