Description:

IntelliJ IDEA broke with the recent update for me. Downgrading helps for now.

working: 2:2019.3-1
broken: 2:2019.3.2-1

It's not possible to open a project or even the settings. Only the welcome screen shows up. stdout has something with the kotlin plugin, which shows up as "bundled" (not installed manually). I can disable the kotlin plugin to get IDEA "running" again, but then I can't build my projects of course.
