Details
Description:
libx11 removed depends on xorgproto as part of x11 cleanup. However, xorgproto provides two files: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/xproto.pc /usr/lib/pkgconfig/kbproto.pc that are required by libx11's pkgconfig file: /usr/lib/pkgconfig/x11.pc This makes is no longer possible to build packages that use pkgconfig with libx11 in a clean chroot, without adding xorgproto into depends or makedepends (which would be a change required to a very large number of packages). Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: Try to build a package that depends on libx11 and uses pkgconfig in a clean chroot. |
