This seems to be an issue with newer version that got
released today. Downgrading to 70.0.1-1 fixes the issue.
I tested with https://www.howsmyssl.com/ and https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html and they reported HTTPS connections are correct. I also used Wireshark to intercept packets and it seems like connections were encrypted. Arch patched something related to certificates in recent update. Probably this is causing issues.
