Description:
After upgrading yaml-cpp to 0.6.3, rime is not working anymore. It may need a rebuild?

Additional info:
* package version: 1:1.5.3-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upgrade yaml-cpp to 0.6.3.
2. Restart ibus and change the input method to rime.
3. Verify that rime is not working.
