Description:
The remote containers extension doesn't seem to be working properly. When trying to use Remote-Containers commands, I get errors saying the command was not found. Ex: "command 'remote-containers.getHelp' not found". I do not see any bug reports upstream.

Steps to reproduce:

Download the Remote Development extension, then try to run "Remote-Containers: Help" or any other Remote-Containers command in the command palette. You should get an error like this: "command 'remote-containers.getHelp' not found".

Your description was a bit confusing until I spotted the buried mention of community/code. If you follow the Add New Bug link from the package details page, it will automatically fill in a skeleton Summary which includes the package name in brackets for quick sorting.
