Currently, KDE Connect defaults to not compiling with the
bluetooth backend:

And looking at the current PKGBUILD for community/kdeconnect shows that it's not turned on with a cmake flag: https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/kdeconnect I'd like to connect to my laptop using my phone without wifi (since they are connected to two different networks) and can not currently without this backend enabled. |
