Details

Currently, KDE Connect defaults to not compiling with the bluetooth backend: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdeconnect-kde/blob/master/core/CMakeLists.txt#L13

And looking at the current PKGBUILD for community/kdeconnect shows that it's not turned on with a cmake flag: https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/community.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/kdeconnect

I'd like to connect to my laptop using my phone without wifi (since they are connected to two different networks) and can not currently without this backend enabled.

Disabled again in 1.3.5-3 as it causes too many regressions
