Description:
Since kernel 5.2.0 my bluetooth mouse is unable to reconnect. I have to delete device and redo pairing and connect to mouse.
The connection works again but only for one time. After a disconnect it does not work anymore and I have to repeat it all.
Kernel 5.1.16 (5.1.16.arch1-1) works without any problems.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Pair mouse with bluetooth. Mouse connects.
2. Switch off mouse.
3. Switch on mouse and reconnect. Reconnect fails.

5.2.3 is still broken.

A headset has the same problem.

Have you tested 5.3-rc2 ? If that is still affected please consider bisecting between 5.1 and 5.2 to locate the causal commit then report the issue upstream.
