Hi, on import Mayavi throws a warning and crashes when trying to export a PNG graphic.

Steps to reproduce:
$ python
>>> from mayavi import mlab

WARNING: Imported VTK version (8.2) does not match the one used
to build the TVTK classes (8.1). This may cause problems.
Please rebuild TVTK.


I rebuilt Mayavi using the official PKGBUILD and the problem disappeared.
