I installed new Kodi version and It isn't running again :/ I also compiled kodi-git and It isn't working.
After downgrading Kodi to version kodi-17.6-9 it wasn't working, but after downgrading libcdio to libcdio-2.0.0-1. It is working again.

The newer Kodi has a new dependens?
