Description:

kodi in community is missing many plugins that are usually included with kodi install

python2-cryptodome is missing, python2-pillow is included

pacman -Ql kodi | grep script
kodi /usr/share/kodi/addons/script.module.pil/
kodi /usr/share/kodi/addons/script.module.pil/addon.xml
kodi /usr/share/kodi/addons/script.module.pil/icon.png
kodi /usr/share/kodi/addons/script.module.pycryptodome/
kodi /usr/share/kodi/addons/script.module.pycryptodome/addon.xml
kodi /usr/share/kodi/addons/script.module.pycryptodome/icon.png

all -pvr -vfs -inputstream plugins are missing
on ubuntu/windows/android all these are on the repo

pvr and inputstream plugins were also not included in 17.x , What you get in Arch is what the kodi folks intended to ship with kodi, the pvr, vfs, inputstream plugins can be built from their respective repo's found under the kodi project
