You don't need mariadb on every system akonadi is installed.
Debian/Ubuntu splits it, and even if Arch don't want that
much packages, those both should be splitted. In the moment
akonadi is very bloated.

There are packages like KGpg which doesn't need any backend,
neither mysql or postgres nor sqlite. mariadb should be an
optdepend, that would be the minimum.
