xulrunner 1.8.1 cannot load/save passwords from epiphany or galeon. Version 1.8.0 works fine.

I checked the libxul.so and found the related code part is present, but strace shows it doesn't even attempt to open signons.txt (specified in config "signon.SignonFileName")
