Description:
If I enforce 802.11w Management Frame Protection on the wireless network from the access point, NetworkManager can't connect to it anymore.
I get this message in journal:

Activation: (wifi) couldn't build wireless configuration: 802-11-wireless-security: Supplicant does not support PMF

For some reason NetworkManager thinks that wpa_supplicant doesn't support 802.11w, but the config https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/config?h=packages/wpa_supplicant#n30 shows that CONFIG_IEEE80211W is enabled.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any
networkmanager 1.14.7dev+3+g353743b99-1
wpa_supplicant 2:2.6-2

Steps to reproduce:
Enforce 802.11w Management Frame Protection in the AP and try connecting to the network.
