Description:
If I enforce 802.11w Management Frame Protection on the wireless network from the access point, NetworkManager can't connect to it anymore. I get this message in journal: Activation: (wifi) couldn't build wireless configuration: 802-11-wireless-security: Supplicant does not support PMF For some reason NetworkManager thinks that wpa_supplicant doesn't support 802.11w, but the config https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/config?h=packages/wpa_supplicant#n30 shows that CONFIG_IEEE80211W is enabled. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. * link to upstream bug report, if any networkmanager 1.14.7dev+3+g353743b99-1 wpa_supplicant 2:2.6-2 Steps to reproduce: Enforce 802.11w Management Frame Protection in the AP and try connecting to the network. |
