jit is one of the available targets for gcc. It would be great to have this included by default along with the other targets. The AUR package libgccjit has serious problems keeping up with the gcc from archlinux.

When gccjit was introduced with GCC 5.0, "It should be regarded as experimental at this time."
Looking at the documentation now, several years later: "Note that libgccjit is currently of “Alpha” quality; the APIs are not yet set in stone, and they shouldn’t be used in production yet."

Also, nothing in AUR depends on gccjit, so I doubt we should add this to core.

The 'Alpha' label has been removed now. Having libgccjit is required for projects like gccemacs. It would be great if libgccjit can be enabled in the default package.
