In Qt version 3.3.0 and 3.3.1, you cannot raise an editor window in Qt designer by clicking on the filename in the filelist. You have to click on the titlebar.

Trolltech have been informed of this one, and they acknowledge the bug.

We have tried a snapshot of 3.3.2, and the problem is still there.
