Description:

Currently the mirrors at Taiwan are all http-based, however, a quick test with firefox indicates that

https://shadow.ind.ntou.edu.tw/archlinux/
https://ftp.yzu.edu.tw/Linux/archlinux/

are both valid.

Perhaps you'd like to add those two urls as alternatives?

They told us they supported http, we believed them -- if they added new endpoints we will never know if they don't tell us.
