Description:

In LMMS version 1.2.0-rc7 (current community stable), instrument plugins (and all other instruments) can't be drag'n'dropped from its list to the music editor. They so can't be used. This block a main function of the music editor. This is not the case in the AUR version, (lmms-beta-bin, version 1.2.0-rc7 too). For some instruments, right-click + send to active instrument track can be a fallback.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 1.2.0-rc7
* config and/or log files etc.: Nothing special

Steps to reproduce:
* Install LMMS
* Start it
* Click on the little oscilloscope icon on the left (Instrument Plugins)
* Try to drag'n'drop on of the plugin from the list to the editor. A STOP mouse cursor is displayed.

Result expected:
* The instruments (plugins, sample, etc...) should add a new track for this instrument on the editor.
