# pacstrap /mnt base gives one warning (perl: warning: Setting locale failed), one error (( 9/13) Creating temporary files...error: command failed to execute correctly) Steps to reproduce: 1. create a new partition on a usb drive 2. mount it 3. execut pacstrap # pacstrap /mnt base ... :: Running post-transaction hooks...
