Details

IIUC, the community/python-xvfbwrapper emerged from the same-name AUR package. The latter used to offer a corresponding python2-xvfbwrapper package built from the same source; is there a particular reason why this is not done anymore? (It is needed as a dependency for, e.g., aur/python2-dryscrape...)

FWIW, the attached PKGBUILD builds both Python 2 and Python 3 versions from a split version. Would it be possible to reintegrate this into the community version?

Sorry, I realized too late that the depends modification needs to be done immediately inside the package_${pkgname} functions, rather than the helper; otherwise, they are not found by makepkg --printsrcinfo.
Fixed PKGBUILD attached.
