Description:
Upgrading systemd (239.2-1 -> 239.300-1) breaks hibernation. When I close the laptop lid or execute "systemctl hibernate" the system will not hibernate and journalctl shows: systemd-logind[1124]: Lid closed. systemd-logind[1124]: Failed to open "/boot/loader/loader.conf": No such file or directory systemd-logind[1124]: Failed to read boot config from "/boot/loader/loader.conf": No such file or directory systemd-logind[1124]: Failed to load bootspec config from "/boot/loader": No such file or directory systemd-logind[1124]: Requested operation not supported, ignoring. systemd-logind[1124]: Failed to open "/boot/loader/loader.conf": No such file or directory systemd-logind[1124]: Failed to read boot config from "/boot/loader/loader.conf": No such file or directory systemd-logind[1124]: Failed to load bootspec config from "/boot/loader": No such file or directory systemd-logind[1124]: Requested operation not supported, ignoring. systemd-logind[1124]: Lid opened. I use grub, not systemd-boot so there is no /boot/loader/* folder on my system. Downgrading systemd (239.300-1 -> 239.2-1) resolves this issue. Additional info: * 4.18.16-arch1-1-ARCH on a Thinkpad T480s * Boot loader: grub (2:2.02-7) * Desktop: i3-wm, no Display Manager |
