This task depends upon

If the issue is still present using 4.18.12-arch1-1-ARCH or
4.19-rc7 please report the issue upstream see
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/admin-guide/reporting-bugs.html
for details of how to report upstream.

I've begun identifying the problem and to whom's attention it
should be brought on the kernel dev side, but as the issue was
just assigned to people, please see the attached additional kernel
and wlan crash logs. Both happened on 4.18.12-arch1-1-ARCH. From
what I can gather it is related to the rtl8192e driver.

The kernel is tainted which is an issue for upstream reporting. I
would suggest blacklisting all out of tree modules and see if the
issue still occurs.
