Details

Description:
After a suspend-thaw cycle SecondLife is much slower.
I think I see that since a few weeks now...
So it is not caused by yesterday's kernel update.

Additional info:
* kernel 4.17.9-1-ARCH
* GPU: AMD Radeon RX 550 Series (POLARIS12, DRM 3.25.0, 4.17.9-1-ARCH, LLVM 6.0.1) (0x699f)

Steps to reproduce:
1. reboot
2. Then I played SecondLife and got 20.3fps in a certain scene (I limited the fps to 20 in order to save power).
3. suspend and thaw
4. Today I get in the same scene just 12fps.
