Description:
The default config file at /usr/lib/fpc/3.0.4/ide/text/fp.cfg contains references to $pkgdir/usr instead of absolute /usr.

Additional info:
Package version is community/fpc 3.0.4-3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install fpc.
2. Start fp.
3. Go to Options->Directories.
