The pull in the title contains fixes that resolve messages on shutdown when the systemd hook is used
The one commit from the pull 659b15313b9ca8c7f3f6e523e0d3fd696243ff8b is already in systemd-stable as 38f9d78afd2b6632ce1733791532345b0d404324
The other patches only cover cosmetic issues but seem tp keep attracting attention cherry picking the commits
or a definitive wont fix and wait until 239 should hopefully put an end to the issue.

Additional info:
* systemd 238.133-1
* plus numerous closed duplicates

Steps to reproduce:
systemctl halt of an updated system that boots using the systemd hook

The other patches had functional change, the last one just changes the logging (unless I missed a detail).
Well, cherry-picking that as well, wait for next package.
