Details

Description: Fossil requires openssl version 1.0.x, but this requirement currently isn't captured, and building with the default 1.1.x versions of ssl results in build-time errors such as:

undefined reference to `BIO_set_conn_int_port'

Also, openssl-1.0.2 installs a file name libopenssl-1.0.0 file, but not one named libopenssl-1.0.2.

1. It builds fine for me
2. There is no file in the repos with that name, not that it has anything to do with anything at all.
