Package 'python-neovim' can be used with classic vim, so
dependency 'neovim' is unnecessary.

Directly? We had a ticket earlier that said it needed a
compatibility layer.
Yup, classic Vim needs compatibility layer, like roxma's
"vim-hug-neovim-rpc", though it still works.
