Description:
/etc/locale.conf in not taken anymore after upgrading to testing/filesystem package version 2017.12-2 * Reverting to the older version correct the problem (2017-10-2) * And also copying /etc/locale.conf into ~/.config This bug is in my opinion due to a change in the file /etc/profile.d/locale.sh wich define C for default if LANG is not already defined. In 2017.10-2, this script was looking for /etc/locale.conf, in 2017.12-2 it does not anymore. Not sure if it's volontary or not. Steps to reproduce: Upgrade to 2017.12-2 without locale.conf in ~/.config/ |
