Details
One of the changes in the linux 4.14.4-2 configuration was
to disable CONFIG_RESET_ATTACK_MITIGATION, this seem to be
useful security wise [1], could this be re-enabled?

Please use linux-hardened if you care about this. On my own
machines, it delayed reboots between 30 and 60 s.
