logrotate.timer is enabled statically via
/usr/lib/systemd/system/timers.target.wants/logrotate.timer
symlink. [Install] section does not bring any value, since
user cannot disable it, only mask it.
This will avoid confusion in "systemctl status logrotate.timer" saying it is disabled and wrong "systemctl is-enabled logrotate.timer" output. https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/7485 |

Perhaps it would be best to not automatically enable this timer
and leave the decision to the admin.
