Description:

Since 2.0.2, libmpg123 is the default for MP3 support in SDL2_mixer.
This replaces smpeg2 and libmad, which are both old and unmaintained.

On an unrelated note, the include directory for libmodplug has long be fixed, so could be removed from the PKGBUILD.
