Those files are not in the 0.9.9 release so can't add them.

The releases on PyPI only contain the Python code. Compare https://github.com/jakubroztocil/httpie/archive/0.9.8.tar.gz with https://pypi.python.org/packages/85/95/7ccea3ae7fd1185e21629f6d14fa9c896d6250bb15fb492efa91edc741a2/httpie-0.9.8.tar.gz

You could list https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jakubroztocil/httpie/0.9.8/extras/httpie-completion.bash and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jakubroztocil/httpie/0.9.8/extras/httpie-completion.fish as additional package sources. Due to the specified tag, those files are (virtually) guaranteed to not change.

Or build from the github release, or ask upstream to include them in MANIFEST.in and use the setuptools "data_files" keyword on Linux to install them automatically as part of `python setup.py install`.

Yes, I have requested upstream to tag 0.9.9 so I can build from github.
