Description:
At least R and Octave fail on startup because they're linked against libgfortran.so.3 while the current gcc-libs (and the -multilib version) provide libgfortran.so.4.

Additional info:
* gcc-libs-multilib: 7.2.0-1, R: 3.4.1-3, octave: 4.2.1-7

Steps to reproduce:
Update system and try to launch either Octave or R.
