Steps to reproduce:
I have no idea how to reproduce error easier but:
Spacemacs reports following problem when it tries to show a picture. Eg. in its own SPC-h-r -> Spacemacs Documentation (shows only blank rectangles instead of the actual pictures)

*Messages*:
ImageMagick error: no decode delegate for this image format 'PNG' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/504 [443 times]

Problem disappears after downgrading Imagemagick one version lower (in title). Thank you for help.

I'm having the same problem, after upgrading to 6.9.9.15-1. Downgrading to 6.9.9.13-1 fixes the problem.
