package can't be built in a clean chroot, because check() fails:

Steps to reproduce:
> git clone 'git://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git'
> cd packages
> git checkout 7584757670ce018240a06a4f76e7ec0b26720544
> cd autoconf/trunk
> staging-x86_64-build
