Description: importing calendars doesn't work unless gnome-control-center is installed.

Additional info:
* package version(s) gnome-calendar 3.24.3-1, gnome-control-center 3.24.3-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce: Install gnome-calendar outside of the gnome desktop environment. In gnome-calendar, go to the calendar icon -> Calendar Settings and try to click any entry; nothing happens. When gnome-control-center is installed, this works. It's useful to nail down which parts of these programs work outside of their intended DE, so people not using a DE can use them without installing the whole DE.
