Description:

strongSwan provides the sources for ruby gems and python gems to implement support for VICI in
the corresponding programing languages. It would be useful to provide those in split packages.

We don't generally provide split packages "just because", however, building ruby and python support seems reasonable.

I will enable it in the next release. It's not much work and I don't think that it will bloat the package that much. So there is no need for a split-package. Therefore users who install strongswan without using VICI shouldn't have an disadvantage.
