I am using
---texstudio --version
TeXstudio 2.12.4 (6475:fe21cf14c0b4)
---
Tried to start texstudio via the plasma menu and via console but it won't start. The program logo shows for 1 second and then crashes with a "memory access error".
The memory dump is attached to this bug report.
