Description:
Numpy appears to be compiled against an older version of libgfortran than what gcc-libs provides. Additional info: * package version: 1.13.0-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open a python or ipython shell 2. >>> import numpy 3. The following error gets produced: Importing the multiarray numpy extension module failed. Most likely you are trying to import a failed build of numpy. If you're working with a numpy git repo, try `git clean -xdf` (removes all files not under version control). Otherwise reinstall numpy. Original error was: libgfortran.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory 4. $ ls /usr/lib/libgfortran* /usr/lib/libgfortran.so.4.0.0 /usr/lib/libgfortran.so.4 /usr/lib/libgfortran.so /usr/lib/libgfortran.spec |
