Description:
The current version of R was built against libgfortran.so.3. The current version shipped with gcc-libs is libgfortran.so.4. As such R is currently broken: [joel@panda ~]$ R /usr/lib64/R/bin/exec/R: error while loading shared libraries: libgfortran.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Additional info: * package version(s) - R: r-3.4.0-2 - gcc-libs: gcc-libs-7.1.1-2 I checked locally, simply rebuilding R seems to fix the issue. |
